If you have received your order and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, open your orders via the link below.
Open orders and submit a return or cancellation request
Enter the email address used when placing the order and then the confirmation code sent to your email. No password or prior account registration is required. This option is also available to customers who checked out as guests.
Select your order and then the return or cancellation option provided for that order. Submitting a request does not constitute an automatic refund.
If the appropriate action is not displayed or you cannot access your order, please send your withdrawal or cancellation request to the email address info@approvedbyriver.ee. Include the order number and the products for which you are submitting the request.
